Odoo is not just a standard management platform. It encompasses sales and project management in a single tool, and enriches them with a variety of MRP, POS, and e-commerce functions to deliver a universal solution that can help all businesses manage all types of operations.
Besides, Odoo is cloud-based and offers a free basic plan for 1 app and suitable for up to 50 users. The transition to some of the other two plans is painless, and covers all the apps you need. Its strong technical foundation is a guarantee of usability, as the system involves approximately 300 new apps per month.
If Odoo is the perfect app for your business, you should know that you can deploy it in Azure in just a few minutes by using Bunnyshell. Let’s see how to deploy Odoo in eight easy steps!
How to deploy Odoo in Azure with Bunnyshell:
Step 1: Log into Bunnyshell and open the Dashboard. On the left side of the page, you will see that main menu. There you can see the environments (company projects like production, management), resources, and one-click apps (apps like GitLab, GitLab Runner, Joomla that are optimized and ready to deploy).
Step 2: Go to Applications and click on Create Application.
Step 3: Once you got to the One-Click Apps, all you need to do is choose the one you need. If you can’t find it, use the search bar. Click on the app and you will be redirected to its page.
Step 4: Read the key features and requirements. After that you can proceed to launch the app in cloud.
Step 5: Now you will have to fill in the required info. Give the application a name, choose a location, a server size, and a virtual network.
Step 6: Scroll to the bottom of the page. There you will see the package secrets where you can add a root password for Postgresql. If you don’t, a password will be generated.
Step 8: Once you are done, all you have to do is to select DEPLOY. Then you will be redirected to a page where you can see when the app is deployed. You can click on View logs to see every step of the deployment.
Now, just sit back and relax while the app is deployed in cloud. Once it is done, you will receive a notification, both in Bunnyshell and via email. Then, feel free to explore Odoo and start growing your business.
